Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Santeda International B.V. (the "Operator") in relation to your use of the Velobet online gambling services made available to UK-based users via https://velobed.casino, including the UK-targeted variant referred to in these Terms as "Velobet" (together, the "Site" and the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or the Services.

These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and were last updated on that date. The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

  • Operator means Santeda International B.V., a private company (B.V.) registered in Curaçao under registration number 151296, licensed under sub-license 1668/JAZ issued by Curaçao eGaming, which owns and operates the Velobet brand and the Site.
  • Velobet means the UK-targeted version of the Velobet online gambling service offered to users located in the United Kingdom via velobed.casino.
  • Site means the website located at https://velobed.casino, any localised version (including Velobet) and any related sub-pages that provide the Services.
  • Services means online casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, live casino, bonuses, promotions and all related gambling and account services provided by or on behalf of the Operator through the Site.
  • User or Player means any natural person who registers an Account or otherwise accesses or uses the Site or Services.
  • Account means a personal, single-user account opened by a User on the Site to access the Services.
  • Bet or Wager means any sum of money or value staked by a User on an outcome offered within the Services, including casino game stakes and sports bets.
  • Bonus means any promotional funds, free spins, free bets, cashback or other incentive credited to an Account under a promotion, loyalty scheme or marketing campaign, including but not limited to those governed by the Bonus Terms at https://velobed.casino/en/static/bonus-terms.
  • Wagering Requirement means the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus funds and/or deposited funds before related winnings may be withdrawn.
  • Bonus Abuse means any activity that the Operator reasonably considers to be abusive or unfair use of a Bonus or promotion, including but not limited to multi-accounting, low-risk or risk-free betting, betting patterns designed solely to unlock Bonuses, and using the same payment method or device across multiple Accounts.
  • Deposit means any transfer of funds (including fiat, e-money or cryptocurrency, where available) into a User's Account.
  • Withdrawal means any transfer of funds from a User's Account to a payment method or wallet controlled by the User.
  • Payment Processor means any third-party entity engaged by the Operator to process Deposits and Withdrawals, including Santeda International Limited (Cyprus) and other financial institutions or payment providers.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process described in the Operator's AML/KYC policy at https://velobed.casino/en/static/aml-policy, including verification of identity, age, address, source of funds and source of wealth.
  • Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Curaçao.
  • Force Majeure Event means any event outside the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labour disputes, power failures, internet outages, regulatory actions, and failures of third-party systems.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age for online gambling under the laws applicable in your place of residence. Access by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
  • Local law responsibility: The Operator is licensed in Curaçao and is not authorised by the UK Gambling Commission. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Services from the United Kingdom or any other jurisdiction is lawful for you. If use of offshore gambling services is illegal where you live, you must not register or use the Site.
  • Self-excluded users: If you have self-excluded from gambling through any national scheme (including the UK's GamStop) or with other operators, you must not open an Account or use the Services. The Site is not part of the GamStop network and will not automatically block such access, so you must act responsibly and refrain from registering.

Creating an Account

  • Registration information: To open an Account, you must complete the online sign-up form, providing at least your full name, date of birth, country of residence, valid email address and a secure password. Additional information may be requested in line with the AML/KYC policy.
  • Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address by clicking on a verification link sent to you. Until verification is completed, certain Services may be limited or unavailable.
  • Single Account rule: You may only hold one Account for the Site and Services. Creating or attempting to create multiple Accounts (for example, to gain additional Bonuses or circumvent limits) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may lead to closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of funds, including Bonuses and winnings derived therefrom.

Verification and KYC

  • Verification triggers: In accordance with the AML/KYC policy and applicable law, the Operator may, at registration, prior to any Withdrawal, or at any time during your relationship with us, request KYC documents including, without limitation, government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership and evidence of source of funds or wealth.
  • Document review: You must provide clear, legible and up-to-date copies of requested documents within the timeframe communicated to you. The Operator may use third-party providers and databases to support verification and to prevent fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • Consequences of non-compliance: Failure to provide requested KYC information, provision of false or misleading details, or any attempt to impersonate another person may result in suspension or closure of your Account, cancellation of Bets, and withholding or confiscation of funds where required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Account Security and Responsibility

  • Credentials: You must keep your username, password and any other security details confidential and not share them with any third party. All activity on your Account undertaken using your credentials will be deemed authorised by you.
  • Security measures: While the Site uses encryption (such as TLS 1.3) and other security safeguards, two-factor authentication is not currently available. You must therefore take particular care to secure your devices, use strong unique passwords and log out after each session.
  • Unauthorised access: You must notify the Operator immediately via [email protected] or live chat if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your consent. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Account while investigating. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Inactive, Closed and Self-Excluded Accounts

  • Inactive accounts: The Operator may classify an Account as inactive if no login, Deposit or Bet occurs for a continuous period specified in the Site FAQ or applicable policy. Inactive account fees, if any, will be transparently disclosed in advance and will not exceed reasonable administrative costs.
  • Self-exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Services in accordance with the self-exclusion policy at https://velobed.casino/en/static/self-exclusion or by contacting [email protected]. During self-exclusion, you must not attempt to open new Accounts.
  • Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. The Operator will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification, security and legal checks.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each game or betting product available on the Site is subject to its specific rules, paytables and game instructions as displayed within the game interface or on the relevant information page. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
  • Randomness and fairness: Casino games use random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed providers. The Operator seeks to ensure that all outcomes are determined fairly and in accordance with the applicable game certification, where available.
  • Prohibited jurisdictions: Access from certain countries (including, without limitation, the USA, France and the Netherlands) is restricted. The Operator may block access or close Accounts opened from such jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with local laws at all times.

Placing Bets and Stake Limits

  • Placing a Bet: A Bet is deemed placed once you confirm your selection and it is accepted by the Operator's servers. For sports bets, the Bet is accepted only when it appears in your bet history. For casino games, the Bet is accepted when it is registered in the game system.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or betting market has minimum and maximum stakes determined by the Operator and/or game provider. These limits are displayed within the game or bet slip. Attempts to place Bets outside the permitted limits may be rejected.
  • Currency: Bets are generally placed in the currency selected for your Account. Where cryptocurrency is offered, stakes may be converted at an exchange rate determined by the Operator or its Payment Processors. Exchange-rate fluctuations and cryptocurrency volatility are at your own risk.

Bet Cancellation, Errors and Settlement

  • User cancellations: Once accepted, Bets cannot usually be cancelled or changed by you. Exceptions, if any, will be clearly explained in the relevant product rules.
  • Obvious errors: The Operator reserves the right to void or resettle Bets where an obvious error has occurred, such as incorrect odds, manifestly wrong game outcomes, or technical failures causing inaccurate information to be displayed. In such cases, the Operator will endeavour to act fairly and transparently.
  • Technical issues: If your game session is interrupted (for example, due to a connection failure), the official result recorded in the Operator's or game provider's systems will prevail. Where possible, the game will resume from the point of interruption; otherwise, the Bet may be settled based on the final outcome recorded in the system.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and the Site

  • Respectful behaviour: When using live casino tables, chat functions or any interactive part of the Site, you must behave respectfully and must not harass, insult, threaten, defame or otherwise abuse dealers, staff or other players.
  • Prohibited content: You must not post or transmit any content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, racist, sexist, incites violence, promotes illegal activity or infringes third-party rights, nor may you advertise other services or solicit other Users.
  • Fraud and collusion: You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots, automated betting scripts, software to gain an unfair advantage, or exploitation of software bugs. The Operator may void Bets it reasonably suspects were placed in breach of this clause and may suspend or close Accounts involved.

Responsible Gambling

  • Personal limits: You are encouraged to use any deposit, loss or session limits provided on the Site to manage your gambling. Details of available tools are set out in the responsible gambling and self-exclusion information at https://velobed.casino/en/static/self-exclusion.
  • Problem gambling: If you feel that you are losing control over your gambling, you should immediately stop using the Services, request self-exclusion and seek support from recognised help organisations in the UK or your country of residence.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Separate bonus policy: All Bonuses, promotions and special offers are subject to these Terms and to the specific Bonus Terms published at https://velobed.casino/en/static/bonus-terms. In case of conflict, the specific Bonus Terms prevail for that promotion.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted to particular countries, payment methods, products, or User segments. The Operator may refuse to grant or may withdraw a Bonus if it has reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, ineligibility or breach of the relevant conditions.

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Activation: Some Bonuses are credited automatically when you meet the qualifying criteria (for example, a minimum Deposit amount), while others require you to opt in, enter a bonus code or manually claim them. The activation mechanism and deadline will be specified in the relevant offer.
  • Wagering: Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Only bets that comply with the specific Bonus Terms contribute towards the Wagering Requirement. Attempts to withdraw funds before completion of wagering may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
  • Time limits: Bonuses usually carry a time limit (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) within which wagering must be completed. If the time limit expires, the Bonus and any outstanding winnings from that Bonus may be removed from your Account.

Prohibited Games, Stakes and Strategies

  • Game restrictions: Certain games or game categories may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may contribute at a reduced rate. These restrictions will be set out in the Bonus Terms. Placing Bets on excluded games while a Bonus is active may result in the Bets not counting towards wagering or in the Bonus being cancelled.
  • Stake restrictions: Maximum stake limits (for example, a maximum amount per spin or per bet while a Bonus is active) may apply. Exceeding the permitted stake when wagering a Bonus may be treated as Bonus Abuse and can lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
  • Abusive behaviour: The Operator may treat as Bonus Abuse any activity that deliberately seeks to obtain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to low-risk betting, equal or zero-margin bets, hedging bets between different Accounts or sites, or using multiple payment methods or identities. In such cases, the Operator may cancel Bonuses, void winnings and close Accounts in line with these Terms.

Combining Promotions and Changes to Bonuses

  • Non-combinability: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may apply to your Account or to a particular Deposit at any given time.
  • Modification and withdrawal: The Operator may modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at its discretion, provided that such change does not adversely affect rights already acquired by you. Any substantial changes will be communicated via the Site and, where appropriate, by email.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Processing

  • Available methods: The Site may offer Deposits via debit and credit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers and, where available, cryptocurrency. The specific methods available to you may depend on your location, chosen currency and Payment Processor.
  • Payment processing: Card payments and other transactions may be processed by Santeda International Limited (Cyprus) or other Payment Processors acting on behalf of the Operator. Your card statement may display the name of such Payment Processor rather than the Velobet brand.
  • Use of credit cards: While the Site may technically accept certain card types, applicable local laws may prohibit the use of credit cards for online gambling (including under UK regulation). You are solely responsible for complying with such restrictions and must not use prohibited payment methods even if the Site allows the transaction.
  • Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum Deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier or relevant FAQ. The Operator may adjust these limits and may request KYC documents before accepting larger Deposits.

Withdrawals, Verification and Timeframes

  • Withdrawal conditions: You may request a Withdrawal of available funds from your Account using any method offered to you in the cashier. Where possible, Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used to Deposit, subject to technical and regulatory constraints.
  • KYC and checks: The Operator may require completion of KYC verification before processing any Withdrawal, irrespective of the amount. This may include verification of identity, address, ownership of payment methods and source of funds. Until such checks are concluded, Withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily withheld.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to review Withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 1-3 Business Days after all required KYC checks are completed. Actual receipt of funds may take longer depending on the Payment Processor and banking system and is outside the Operator's direct control.

Fees, Currency and Chargebacks

  • Fees: The Operator may charge reasonable administrative fees for processing Deposits or Withdrawals, particularly in cases of repeated or unjustified withdrawals or currency conversions. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in the cashier or FAQ before you confirm a transaction.
  • Currency: Accounts may be operated in one or more supported fiat currencies, and in certain cases cryptocurrency. If your transaction involves currency conversion, it will be carried out at a rate determined by the Payment Processor or Operator at the time of the transaction, and you accept any associated exchange-rate risk.
  • Chargebacks and reversals: You must not request chargebacks or reverse payments for validly authorised transactions. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover the amount of the chargeback and associated costs from your balance, and report the matter to relevant payment and fraud-prevention agencies.

Refunds, Voided Bets and Bonus Funds

  • Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, and at the Operator's sole discretion, a Deposit may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to all relevant security and AML checks. Where a refund is granted, the Operator may cancel any associated Bets, Bonuses and winnings.
  • Voided Bets: If a Bet is voided (for example, due to an obvious error or event cancellation), the relevant stake will normally be returned to your Account. Winnings from voided Bets may be removed or adjusted accordingly.
  • Bonus funds: Refunds and Withdrawals of funds linked to Bonuses are subject to the Bonus Terms. If you request a Withdrawal before fulfilling the Wagering Requirements, the Operator may cancel the Bonus and any associated winnings.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations and Service Availability

  • Reasonable care: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, using reputable software providers and Payment Processors and taking reasonable steps to ensure that game outcomes are fair and that account balances and transaction records are accurate.
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service: The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, and maintenance, updates or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Technical failures and external events: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, interruptions, delays, system errors, outages, bugs, network congestion, ISP issues, device malfunctions or Force Majeure Events that affect the Site, the Services or your ability to place or settle Bets.
  • Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties, including Payment Processors, internet service providers, telecommunications networks, device manufacturers or software providers. Any issues relating to such services should be raised directly with the relevant third party, without prejudice to your right to contact the Operator for assistance.
  • Self-exclusion and responsible gambling: The Site provides internal self-exclusion tools but is not integrated with national self-exclusion schemes such as GamStop in the UK. The Operator is not liable if you circumvent or fail to use self-exclusion tools, or if you continue to gamble despite having self-excluded elsewhere.

Maximum Liability

  • Limit per incident: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the Services, any Bet, or these Terms (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) is limited to the higher of (i) the amount of the Bet or transaction in dispute, or (ii) the total amount of Deposits you have made into your Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any Withdrawals processed in that period.
  • Excluded damages: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation, even if foreseeable or if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Operator's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law. Your statutory rights (if any) as a consumer under such mandatory law remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Operator and licensors: All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and the Services, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, domain names, layout, text, audio and video material, belong to the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Velobet brand: The Velobet name, logo and associated branding used on velobed.casino are trademarks or trade names of the Operator or its group companies. You acquire no rights in such marks by using the Site.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

  • Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the Site and the Services for the sole purpose of participating in the games and placing Bets in accordance with these Terms.
  • Prohibited use: You must not, without the Operator's prior written consent, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, make available, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise exploit any part of the Site, the software or the content, except as expressly permitted by mandatory law.
  • Automated access: You must not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scraping tools or other automated means to access the Site, extract data, manipulate outcomes or interfere with the normal operation of the Services.

Privacy & Data Protection

Privacy Policy and Data Handling

  • Privacy policy: All personal data collected and processed in connection with your use of the Site and the Services is handled in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy available at https://velobed.casino/en/static/privacy-policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.
  • Data jurisdiction: User data is stored and processed primarily in Curaçao and may be processed by Payment Processors and other service providers in other jurisdictions, such as Cyprus. Data protection laws in those jurisdictions may provide a different level of protection than the laws in your country of residence (including the UK). The Operator takes reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encryption, to protect your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AML/KYC and Responsible Gambling Data

  • AML/KYC policy: Information collected during verification is processed in line with the AML/KYC policy at https://velobed.casino/en/static/aml-policy and may be used to prevent fraud, money laundering and other unlawful activities.
  • Self-exclusion data: If you use the self-exclusion mechanisms described at https://velobed.casino/en/static/self-exclusion or contact [email protected] for self-exclusion, related data will be processed in order to implement your request and support responsible gambling, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Modification and Notification

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, business practices, products or technologies.
  • How we notify you: Material changes will be communicated by updating the "last updated" date at the start of these Terms and by posting a notice on the Site. Where appropriate, the Operator may also notify you by email or on-site messages targeted to Velobet users.

Acceptance of Changes

  • Effective date: Changes take effect on the date specified in the updated Terms or, if no date is specified, on the date they are published on the Site. Continued use of the Site or the Services after that date constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
  • If you do not agree: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Site and Services, settle any outstanding Bets, and request Withdrawal of your eligible balance, subject to KYC and other checks. The version of the Terms in effect at the time a Bet was accepted will apply to that Bet, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the User

  • Account closure: You may terminate your relationship with the Operator and close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. The Operator will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Withdrawals on closure: Upon closure, and subject to successful completion of KYC and other checks, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonuses and associated winnings that are not yet withdrawable) will be paid out to you, where legally and technically possible, via an appropriate Withdrawal method.

Suspension and Termination by the Operator

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, void Bets and/or withhold funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have: (i) breached these Terms or any applicable policy; (ii) provided false information; (iii) engaged in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, Bonus Abuse or other unlawful activity; (iv) opened multiple Accounts; or (v) used the Services in a way that may harm the Operator, other Users or the integrity of the Services.
  • Investigation: During any investigation, the Operator may restrict your ability to place Bets, Deposit or Withdraw funds. You will normally be informed of the reason for suspension or termination, unless the Operator is legally prevented from doing so or reasonably believes that such notification would prejudice an ongoing investigation.
  • Confiscation of funds: Where a breach is confirmed and where permitted by applicable law, the Operator may confiscate Bonuses and any associated winnings, and may retain funds to the extent reasonably necessary to cover losses, chargebacks or costs incurred as a result of your conduct or as required by law or regulatory authorities.

Self-Exclusion and Time-Out

  • Self-exclusion tools: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion in accordance with the self-exclusion policy at https://velobed.casino/en/static/self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to use your Account or open new Accounts, and marketing communications will be suspended as described in the policy.
  • Irreversibility: Certain forms of self-exclusion may be irrevocable during the selected period. You must provide accurate information and must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new Accounts or using different details.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law and Regulatory Status

  • Governing law: These Terms, your Account and your use of the Site and Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
  • Regulatory status in the UK: The Operator is licensed in Curaçao under sub-license 1668/JAZ and is not licensed or regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. As a result, UK-specific regulatory protections and dispute resolution schemes (including ADR services such as IBAS and national self-exclusion systems such as GamStop) do not apply to Velobet.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaints procedure: If you have a question or complaint about the Services, you should first contact customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Please provide your username, relevant transaction details and a clear description of your complaint. The Operator aims to respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few Business Days.
  • Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request that your complaint be escalated to a manager or the compliance team. The Operator will review the matter and provide a final position, where possible, in writing.
  • Regulator complaints portal: If, after following the internal complaints procedure, your complaint remains unresolved, you may be able to submit a complaint to Curaçao eGaming via its complaints portal at https://curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/complaints, subject to the rules and scope of that body.

Courts and Jurisdiction

  • Jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
  • Consumer rights: Nothing in this section deprives you of any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies you may have under mandatory law in your jurisdiction. However, you acknowledge that, as the Operator is not licensed in the UK, certain UK-specific gambling regulatory protections do not apply.

  • Registered/operational address (Operator): Santeda International B.V., Pareraweg 45, Curaçao. This address serves as the registered legal address and primary operational address of the Operator for the purposes of these Terms.
